Vegan superfood gummies - natural snacking
- Vegan - lactose-free - gluten-free - without refined sugar

1. variant with acerola powder (orange):
- 200 ml direct juice of your choice (e.g. mango, multivitamin juice, orange juice)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup (birch sugar also works, of course)
- 1 tbsp acerola powder
- 1/2 sachet agar agar or agartine (plant-based gelling agent)
2.Variation with blueberry powder (dark purple):
- 200 ml coconut water (available in health food shops/reform stores)
- 1-2 tsp superfood powder of your choice (e.g. blueberry, chokeberry, chokeberry, chokeberry).e.g. blueberry, aronia, açaí, etc.)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup (birch sugar also works, of course)
- ½ sachet agar agar or agartine (plant-based gelling agent)
3.Variation with spruce sprout powder (green):
- 200 ml coconut water (available in organic shops/reform stores)
- 1-2 tsp spruce powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup (birch sugar is also fine, of course)
- ½ sachet agar agar or agartine (plant-based gelling agent)

You will also need the following items:
2-4 silicone molds, e.g. hearts, animal motifs, flowers/flowers, chocolates
Milk pot with a spout or a pipette for filling the molds
Here we go:
For each variant, put all the ingredients in a milk pot with a spout - this makes it easy to pour into the molds - and stir the mixture constantly with a whisk as it heats up.
When the mixture boils, reduce the heat and continue stirring for at least 2-3 minutes to activate the agar-agar.
Depending on whether you want a firmer consistency, add a little more agar agar. Simply do a gelling test with a teaspoon shortly before the end of your stirring time.
Now carefully pour the mixture into your silicone molds and leave them to cool for approx. 30 minutes; they can be easily pressed out of the mold.
Then continue with the next variant.
