Strawberry and almond smoothie with chia seeds and goji berries

Ingredients:
- 150g strawberries
- 200ml almond milk
- 10g chia seeds (organic)
- 15g goji berries (organic)
10ml agave syrup

Preparation:
Soak the chia seeds in approx. 50ml almond milk for at least 2 hours.
Wash the strawberries and remove the stalks.
Place the remaining almond milk together with the strawberries and the swollen chia seeds in a powerful blender or smoothie maker and blend for approx. 30 seconds until smooth. Pour the finished smoothie into a glass and garnish with strawberries.
Tip:
For a sweeter smoothie, simply add a banana or flower pollen. An apple, pear or orange are also delicious.
