Spirulina Smoothie Bowl with Coconut & Berries

Preparation time: 30 minutes - Difficulty: easy
Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 acocado pitted
- 2 dates pitted
- 2 tsp blue spirulina
- 4 tbsp coconut puree chilled ( the solid from 1 can coconut milk)
- approx 100ml coconut water chilled
- Topping here:
- coconut chips & flakes
- gooseberries & currants
- granola
- white almond paste

Preparation:
Put all ingredients in your blender and blend until creamy.
Add as much coconut water until the desired consistency is reached.
Divide smoothie between 2 bowls and top as desired.
