Moonmilk with blue spirulina ;-) & yogidatteln

Preparation time: 30 minutes - Difficulty: easy



Ingredients for 2 servings:

- 75 g hemp seeds peeled
- 500 ml good still water
- 2 - 4 dates without seeds
- 2 tsp spirulina extract powder
- ground vanilla to taste

Smoothie

Preparation:

Put all ingredients in a powerful blender and blend on high for at least 30 seconds.

Fill into 2 nice glasses or bottles and decorate with the daisies or other flowers and enjoy.

Tastes super delicious with our fresh grain porridge!
