Ice cream Baby.....vegan pistachio ice cream with moringa powder

- 150 g shelled pistachio kernels
- 2 tsp moringa powder
- 400 ml coconut milk (from a can)
- 1 pinch fleur de sel
- vanilla paste or ground tonka bean
- Decoration: chop a handful of the total amount of pistachios with a kitchen knife and add to the mixture before freezing
You don't even need an ice cream maker to make homemade, healthy and, above all, delicious ice cream. Here we show you how to make your own creamy ice cream easily and with just a few ingredients.
Almost everyone has a kitchen mixer or blender and you can also find vegan ice cream cones in many grocery stores. An ice cream scoop is an advantage, but is not absolutely necessary. You can also form nice ice cream balls with a tablespoon.
Preparation:
Place the pistachios in a kitchen blender and grind, then add all the other ingredients and blend vigorously for about 20 seconds.
Pour the mixture into rectangular molds that are suitable for freezing. Spread the chopped pistachio kernels in the middle and place in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
Using an ice cream scoop, you can now scoop your creamy ice cream into the ice cream cones and enjoy it cool.
Topping tip:
If you like, add nettle seeds or flower pollen to your ice cream scoop for an extra vitamin kick.
