Fresh green celery juice with barley grass juice powder

- 1 stalk of celery
- ½ bergamot lemon with zest or lemon, lime
- 1 snake cucumber
- 1 apple
- 2 tbsp barley grass juice powder

Preparation:
You will need a juicer or blender and a filter cloth (e.g. nut milk bag).
Wash the celery, cucumber and apple thoroughly.
Depending on which appliance you are using: with the juicer, you can put the vegetables into the feed chute in coarse pieces or partially whole and press them down with the tamper.
With the blender, we recommend cutting the vegetables into smaller pieces and removing the core of the apple.
Depending on the desired consistency, top up with cold water and blend well.
Then strain through a filter cloth and mix in the barley grass juice powder for both variants.
Juice is best enjoyed fresh straight away or stored in the fridge for a maximum of 24 hours.
