DIY - Anti aging face mask with royal jelly
Preparation time: 90 minutes - Difficulty level: medium
- 3 tablespoons linseed
- 2 tablespoons rice
- 1 teaspoon Honig
- 1/2 teaspoon royal jelly
- 3-5 drops propolis tincture
Linseed contains polyunsaturated fatty acids (Omega3) and can prevent wrinkles.
Rice promotes the production of new cells and improves skin elasticity.
Honey is good for impure, sensitive and dry skin, softens, has an anti-inflammatory effect, combats wrinkles and improves the protective acid mantle.
Propolis promotes the regeneration of damaged skin cells and the growth of new tissue, supports the healing process, supplies the skin with valuable vitamins, minerals and trace elements and strengthens the immune system.
Royal jelly is rich in B vitamins, proteins and a high water content for beautiful, soft skin. It gives the skin new strength and has a regenerating effect. Signs of ageing are reduced and the skin regains its youthfulness.
Preparation of the face mask:
Grind the rice into flour in a mill and then heat the linseed with the rice flour in a pan with 400 ml water for 15 minutes.
Press the mixture through a sieve or cheesecloth so that only the viscous liquid remains. Leave this to cool!
Meanwhile, mix the honey, royal jelly and propolis and then mix with the cold mixture until you have a homogeneous face mask.
Apply a thin layer to the face, neck, décolleté and hands with your fingers or a brush, leave on until it dries for approx. 15 minutes and then wash off again.
The remaining mixture can be stored in a jar in the fridge and used for the rest of the week.
This natural anti-wrinkle remedy is said to noticeably rejuvenate facial skin when used regularly.
