Chocolate oat porridge with blueberry powder & cocoa

- Vegan - gluten-free - lactose-free
Ingredients for 1 serving:
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 4 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tbsp blueberry powder
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla pulp
- 120 ml almond drink or other
- 100 ml water
Topping:
- blueberries, raspberries, mango
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 4 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tbsp blueberry powder
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla pulp
- 120 ml almond drink or other
- 100 ml water
Topping:
- blueberries, raspberries, mango
Preparation:
Dry toast oat flakes briefly in a small saucepan, then pour in vegetable drink and heat all other ingredients briefly over low heat, stirring constantly, then pull from the hot plate and let swell for 2-3 min.
Arrange the porridge in a nice bowl or plate, garnish with fresh fruit and enjoy.
